Christian Siriano Payless Spring 2010 Shoes

Each year, all fashion weeks around the globe try to get their standards higher and higher, and each designer try to outcome himself by re-inventing a certain shape that inspired him. That's also the case of Christian Siriano, the shoe designer who simply loves high heels.
It is said that in the future, high heels won't be so in, but the shoe designer Siriano simply isn't agreeing, the proof being his latest shoe collection he designed for the spring 2010. It was Bryant Park the place chosen by shoe designer Christian Siriano to present his Payless Spring 2010 Collection.
The collection was all about a very interesting high heel, curved inside, which yes, and looks pretty unstable. But art isn't supposed to be exactly what we imagine it should. Besides the curvy heel, the shoes all came in pretty nice prints and incredible platforms, so necessary to somehow maintain and stabilize one’s walk when wearing Siriano’s designs.
The Payless Spring 2010 collection is far away from the comfort zone a shoe could give, stepping out into a certain artistry and kind of a shoe-statement. This happens especially due to the claw-like contours and to all the curvy manners which yes, transform the collection into an artistic line of shoes, perfectly suitable for the runway, but definitely not to go out on the streets. It kind of reminds us of Prada, whose high heels and dangerous designs transformed walking into an impossible thing and, worst, a menace for our health.
