There are some rules for firsts in everything. Whether we're talking about first date, day of school, boyfriend, prom, wedding, child, any first is definitely a hard task to complete, but first interview are always a trouble. Why? Because you want to be perfect, look perfect in order to have the perfect job.

Yet some women still don't put a lot of attention on what they are wearing thinking that if they are qualified they need to get the job. But that's a major mistake because a first impression matters a lot and clicking with your boss instantly may have a lot to do with the way you look too. Of course, a decision is not made only by looks, it matters how you act and talk along with what you do professionally.

1.Black

Yes, choose black. There are some companies or bosses that don't allow wearing too bright colors, so lose the rainbow chromatic and choose to go with the basic. You may think you're not going to stand out just because of the color your outfit has but that's a major mistake. Choosing to go with a non-chromatic theme is going to be easier to bring attention over you as a future employee and not a strong appearance.

Always remember that black is the color that shows mystery, professionalism, elegance and sophistication, but of course, you're not going to be wearing a head-to-toe black outfit. Take on a classy business suit, underneath a grey, blue, peachy or cream colored top with small details, all in light shades and add a pop colored little scarf to your neck or a beautiful eccentric bag.

2.Jeans

If you're a denim-fanatic and you simply can't loose the jeans even for a job interview then it's time for you to learn how to wear them professionally. We always say that jeans are a versatile item that comes perfectly for any occasion as long as you know how to wear them, and that's true. But of course, we're not talking about any pair, because only the skinny jeans are acceptable. Why? They are easy to style up with office wear.

Take on a pair of skinny jeans that come in a dark color and have no details attached to them, because we want to keep it simple. Add a beautiful silk blouse with neck details in a soft color. As outerwear opt for a boyfriend blazer in black or a trench coat. If you're coat doesn't come in a dark color then for the blouse choose black. For your shoes choose a pair of basic black pumps and the bag needs to come simple with less details.

3.Hairstyle & Make-Up

If in your outfit you're allowed to stand out through one item that spices up the entire look, in your make-up and hairstyle there's no need of that. A crazy messy hairstyle or a smokey eye make-up will just distract your future boss from paying attention to you and what you have to say. If you want your image to speak for yourself when you're not, that's perfectly fine, but do it in your advantage and choose to be yourself.

For your hairstyle you need to have a professional allure attached, that's why straight hair goes perfectly with businesses or a cute pony-tail passes by well too.

Your make-up needs to be flawless and not too outstanding. Foundation, powder, blush and mascara will be perfect. Add a little eye-liner or some neutral eye-shadow, if you think that's too less.
