Isabel Marant holds one of the most prestigious fashion labels and this French designer over-tops herself in every season with a new collection. She started design at the young age of 15 when Isabel asked her parents for a sewing machine to change her clothes and make them as she please in order to not be ordinary like everyone else. After a year she offered her designs to a commission shop and presenting a line that gave her over 1000 euros made her become serious about trying into fashion industry.
In time, even if at the beginning her dream wasn't to follow her mother's step and becoming a fashion designer, she realised that her way was in this industry and designing was more than a hobby. After working with different designers like Chloe, Michel Klein or Marc Ascoli, Isabel knew that it's time for her to move on and launch her own brand.
What started as a passion for Isabel Marant became now a world wide known fashion label and a full time job. Creating the most edgy and unique pieces, there's no surprise that she got on top. By mixing together different styles from vintage to futuristic or modern she manages to put a mark on today's fashion world with her creations that fit perfectly to any type of woman. While other designers keep it safe with their collections, Isabel Marant plays with extremes, colors or textures and reinvents herself through her pieces.
As you can see, in the Fall/Winter 2010/2011 Collection, Isabel Marant brings the most outstanding line and recreates fashion trends from her own perspective. What we've seen all over the runway this year, comes out in Marant's collection differently but in the best way possible. New coming trends like denim vests and jackets, leather pants, fur coats, polka dots, sequin leggings, friges or pointy-toe shoes have been spotted in her collection.
