One of the biggest names in fashion industry is definitely Burberry. The fashion house is known for their clothing collections, fragrances and accessories from their significant handbags to footwear, jewelry, scarves, umbrellas or watches.
The creative director for Burberry is the fashion designer, Christopher Bailey. Since he started working for this brand in 2001 he managed to show us his abilities and creativity through fashion. Over the years, Bailey not only kept Burberry on top in UK, but he takes this brand on the line next to some of the biggest fashion empires in the world.
Christopher Bailey’s unique style and sense of fashion has a major mark over the Burberry fashion empire that is today. He takes the brand to a higher level by using supermodels like Kate Moss, Agyness Deyn or Lily Donaldson in his advertisements, but what made the best impression in today’s audience was when the Harry Potter’s female star, Emma Watson, was named the icon for Burberry’s Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 ads.
Over the years, the world wide known fashion brand, Burberry, had advertisements in some of the biggest fashion magazines like Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, GQ or Tatler.
This time, for the Fall/Winter 2010/2011 Ready-To-Wear Collection, Christopher Bailey has prepared another stunning collection by putting accent on his main audience going for street chicness and elegant sexy cocktail dresses. Burberry’s collection lately have been very similar in style and ambient, continuing what started with their Spring/Summer 2010 line, Pre-Fall 2010 or Fall/Winter 2010/2011 Menswear Collection.
The main items and styles for the next season are: short leather jackets, over knee leather boots, studs, military jackets, draping style, high-waisted skirts, zip details, snake printed boots, big fur coats, leather boots with lots of biker brigade details, denim skirt, trench coats or shirts.
In the colors chapter, Burberry comes strong too. We have plenty of color. Even if the main shades are olive green, classic black or chocolate brown we still have splashes of electric blue, yellow, bleumarine, grena, silver, pink or pure white.
