Adam Lippes is very well known American fashion designer, especially in the past years since he started presenting his own collections at New York Fashion Week, where Lippes comes out with stunning lines inspired by big cities street style, where high fashion meets vintage and urban is taken to another level with creativity and imagination.
Adam presents any type of style through his designs by capturing art in wearable clothes with his refine taste in fashion and colors. With modern inspiration in casual pieces he still puts in value a woman's body by bringing femininity out from rigid clothes with crazy mixes of items.
ADAM's Fall/Winter 2010/2011 Ready-To-Wear is a powerful collection that combines different styles in clothing wear without taking in count the latest fashion trends but still being updated to the major styles that run over big cities streets. Even if Adam Lippes designs speak for themselves and show a complex and personal style, the attitude needs to be in the same level as the clothes to complete an overall distinct look.
The chromatic theme chosen accentuates the urban style with crazy, fun prints that show an unique side of any person. The colors go from sophisticated and classic black, to different shades of brown, pure white, yellow, grey, orange, red, beige or gold and silver details on dresses and sweaters.
The main items that we focus our attention on, are: thick knit scarves, deep V-necked dresses mixed with casual boots, short leather jackets, boyfriend blazers, maxi dresses, high waisted skirts or short knit sweaters.
As you can see, Adam Lippes breaks out of the ordinary once again, by taking his collection far away from other designers collections and keeping his unique style to decide fashion and not the other way around.
